The Christian Rural and Urban Development Association of Nigeria (CRUDAN), is a membership organization, comprising Faith-Based, Non-Governmental, and Civil Society organizations, with the main objective of providing wholistic development to communities in Nigeria. It held its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM), on Thursday 4th August 2022, at the CRUDAN Conference Hall, CRUDAN Headquarters, Jos South LGA, Plateau State, Nigeria, bringing together organizational and individual members from the five (5) zones of Nigeria – North-East Zone, North-West Zone, Central Zone, South-East Zone, and South-West Zone.
The objective of the AGM is to bring together members to deliberate on the progress of CRUDAN as it relates to the peace, security, and development of Nigeria; the challenges encountered; and the way forward.

The CRUDAN 31st Annual General Meeting drew members across the CRUDAN 5 structured zones of Nigeria which are the Central, Northeast, Northwest, Southwest, and Southeast zones. Highlights of achievements and success stories of the Organization were presented to Members.
This year’s AGM was historic because for the past 3 years (2019, 2020, and 2021) CRUDAN could not hold its Annual General Meeting due to insecurity and some unforeseen circumstance but to the glory of God and to the delight of Members, the organization was able to organize the 31st Annual general meeting.
During the AGM, the CRUDAN Guesthouse Board members were inaugurated as appointed by the Board. The former Guesthouse Management Committee members were sent forth. Mr. Moses Kolawole was also appointed as Chairperson of the board for CRUDAN Guesthouse.

CRUDAN Board Members and Trustees were elected, inaugurated, and presented to the house.

The new Board Chair Hon. Dr. Patrick Katuka emerged from the Northwest zone and replaced Rev. Dr. Eric Ighalo from the Southwest zone. Similarly, Mr. Bulus Dabit was replaced by Mrs. Julie Anpe as Secretary, both are from the Central Zone.
The new Chairperson Hon. Dr. Patrick Katuka appreciated the members and staff of CRUDAN for giving him the privilege to serve in the capacity of chairperson and assured members that they will collaboratively build on the existing legacy CRUDAN was founded upon.
He beckoned members and staff to pray for them as he assured all that the Board will work as a team and take CRUDAN to its destined glory.
He encouraged all members to be united in order to achieve CRUDAN’s mandate which is “wholistically transforming societies…”
Notably, He stated that they are going to leverage the experiences of the out-gone excos and ensure the Organization excels.
He delightedly beckoned the out-gone chairman to take the lead in the area of resource mobilization for CRUDAN.
He finally stated that they are going to develop tools and will be working in the following areas;
